App Creation

Your business, as an app people actually install.

The other three pages are products we already built. This is the same team, pointed at your idea. We take it from a conversation to a signed Android app on the Play Store and the servers behind it — design, build, push notifications, store listing, keystores, and the boring, unglamorous operational work that decides whether software survives its first month. We are not an agency that hands you a repository and disappears; everything we have built, we still run.

Who it is for

You will recognise yourself in at least one of these.

  • A business with a process that only works because one specific person remembers it

  • Anyone who has been quoted six figures and eight months for something that should take weeks

  • Owners whose "system" is a spreadsheet emailed around and re-merged by hand

  • People who have an app idea and no idea what the first real step is

What it removes

The four things that actually cost you.

Today

Quotes come back enormous, vague, and impossible to compare.

With App Creation

We scope the smallest version that is genuinely useful, quote that, and build it. You see it working before you commit to the rest, because a demo you can hold settles arguments a proposal cannot.

Today

The developer disappears the moment it is delivered.

With App Creation

We run what we build. Every product on this site is one we operate in production for live customers, and yours is treated the same way.

Today

You end up with a website when what you needed was an app on a phone.

With App Creation

Signed Android builds with your icon, your splash, your package name and working push — on the Play Store or installed directly, whichever suits your users. Four branded school apps and MessMate have already gone out this way.

Today

AI gets bolted on as a chatbot nobody uses.

With App Creation

We wire AI to a specific job or we leave it out. Homework from a topic line, a plain-language read on a child, the assistant you are reading this next to — each does one thing.

Inside

Everything it does.

📱

Android apps, signed and shipped

Flutter and Capacitor shells over a web core — the split that lets a fix reach every installed phone the moment we deploy.

  • ·Your icon, splash and package id
  • ·Upload keystores handed to you, backed up
  • ·Play Store AAB and a sideloadable APK
🔔

Push that actually arrives

Firebase Cloud Messaging wired end to end, not left as a to-do.

  • ·Per-audience targeting
  • ·Notification icon and colour branded
  • ·Tested on real handsets
🗄️

The server side, done properly

Postgres on Neon, an Express API on Vercel, JWT auth, roles, rate limits and encryption at rest where the data deserves it.

  • ·Multi-tenant where it matters
  • ·Exports are yours, always
  • ·No lock-in we would be embarrassed to explain

AI pointed at one job

Google Gemini, integrated where it removes work — and fenced hard so it stays fast and stays cheap.

  • ·Generation, summarising, classification
  • ·Guardrails so it refuses to wander
  • ·Graceful when the model is down
🎯

Scoped to the smallest useful thing

We would rather ship a narrow product you use daily than a wide one you abandon.

  • ·Working software early
  • ·Priced per phase, not per year
  • ·You can stop after any phase
🛠️

We keep running it

Hosting, deploys, monitoring, the 9pm problem. The part that is invisible until it is missing.

  • ·Web changes reach installed apps instantly
  • ·Store releases handled for you
  • ·One number to call

Getting started

Running in an afternoon, not a quarter.

1

A conversation, not a brief

Tell us the job that eats your week. We work out whether software is even the right answer — sometimes it is not, and we will say so.

2

The smallest useful version

We scope and quote the narrowest thing that genuinely helps, and build that first so you are judging working software, not a document.

3

Ship it, then keep it running

Signed app, store listing, servers, monitoring. Then we operate it — the same way we operate everything else on this site.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

What does a project cost?+

It is quoted per phase after we scope the first useful version, because a number before that would be a guess dressed up as a quote. What we can promise is that you see working software before you commit to the whole thing.

How long does it take?+

The first useful version is usually weeks, not quarters — that is the point of scoping it narrow. MessMate and the school ERP both went live and then grew, rather than launching complete.

Do I own the code?+

Yes, and the data, and the signing keys. We hand over the keystores with instructions to back them up, because losing one means never updating that app again.

Can you take over something already half-built?+

Sometimes. It depends entirely on what is there. Send us what you have and we will give you an honest read, including "start again" if that is the truth.

Do I have to use AI?+

No. We add it where it removes real work and leave it out where it would just be a feature to mention on a slide.

Something not covered here?

Got something that does not exist yet?

Tell us the job that eats your week. We will tell you honestly whether software is the answer, and if it is, what the smallest useful version looks like.
